Leading South Cambridgeshire Lib Dem Councillors have welcomed the publication of the preferred options for the new Greater Cambridge Local Plan which will make South Cambridgeshire greener and fairer.
5 Year Housing Land Supply for South Cambridgeshire
South Cambridgeshire District Council publishes its 5 year housing land supply position. Now, Government requires all Local Planning authorities to demonstrate sufficient supply of land to provide 5 years worth of housing. The report shows that the Council jointly with Cambridge City, have 6.1 years of housing land supply for 2021-2026 period.
